Sony unveils 3D LED TV in India

Sony India has introduced 3D TV in India. This is based on new LED technology, the new range of TVs is also compatible with Internet and the company has exclusive tie-ups with some of the content providers like Youtube to provide videos and clips.

The 3D TVs are supposed to hit the market by June 10 where Japan will be the first to lay hands on it. The first 3-D TV model that comes from Sony’s brainhouse will sport a huge 46-inch screen and will be tagged at $3,875.

The pricing for India is not announced yet.

Sony India launches 3 new Bravia LCD TV Series

Sony has announced three new Bravia LCD TV series in India.

The BX Series or Basic Series provides basic LCD functionalities at a decent price. The sets are powered by Bravia Engine 3 that produce vivid images and feature live color reproduction, built-in FM Radio, USB and HDMI port, Signal Booster. This BX series TVs are HD ready except for the top-end BX model that supports full HD resolution.

The BX Series TVs start from 22 inches and go till 40-inches with price ranging from Rs. 16,900 to Rs. 61,900.

The Bravia Essential EX Series boasts eco-friendliness. The TVs from this range come with features like ambient light sensor, LED backlight and Presence sensor that turns off the TV if it does not find anyone within a distance of 6m.

The features of this range include Bravia Engine 3 imaging processor, full HD resolution support, 100Hz Motionflow refresh rate, USB and even supports on-demand Internet that can be accessed via an optional USB Wi-Fi adapter.

EX Series has models from 22 to 52 inches and price ranges from Rs. 17,900 to Rs. 1,99,900.

The Bravia NX Series or New Experience Series comes with both – beauty and brains. It comes in an exquisite monolithic brushed aluminum, flushed bezel design and integrates a Wi-Fi module that allows users to access online multimedia content from various sites. The TVs support full HD resolution, Bravia Engine 3, Motionflow up to 200Hz and internet widgets support.

NX series have models from 32 to 60 inches with price starting from Rs. 45,900 to 3,49,900.

Intex Launches IN 4470 Dual SIM Handset in India

Intex Technologies has launched a new dual SIM handset IN 4470 in India.

Intex IN 4470 has a Dual Camera, 2.4 inches TFT display, mobile tracker, webcam, audio and video player, Sound recorder, GPRS, Bluetooth connectivity, SMS/MMS, Torchlight, Games, 4GB expandable memory. The handset does not include 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity.

This handset comes with an innovative video chat feature, that works perfectly well with 2G connectivity and can enable chat face-to-facewith old GPRS connection.

The mobile phone is priced at Rs.3650.
