The phone is powered by Tegra 3, a processor with four main cores and one ninja core that only kicks in when the device doesn’t need much horsepower. The processor runs at 1.5Ghz. There is 1GB RAM to make sure that multitasking is smooth. It has 32GB internal storage.

The camera on HTC One devices starts up in just under a second to ensure you capture the moment. Plus with photo and video capture buttons on the same screen, it’s easy to switch modes or simply snap a photo while recording HD at the same time.“ The primary camera is 8 megapixels and the front camera is 1.3 MP.

Intel Corporation has joined hands with an Indian company – Lava International – to launch their first smartphone in the market.

XOLO X900, the foremost smartphone powered by an Intel processor, has been launched this week and would be powered by an Intel Atom Z2460 processor, one of the company’s chips under the Medfield label.Xolo X900 would run on Android version 2.3 “Gingerbread,” but the company has mentioned that it will get an over-the-air upgrade to Android 4.0 “Ice Cream Sandwich” soon after release. Further, the high-performance 1.6 GHz Atom processor with Hyper Threading Technology brings speed and multi-tasking performance to consumers’ fingertips.

The device is also equipped with 400 MHz graphics clock and the full 1080p HD video encoding and playback make this phone a perfect entertainment device, providing users with an immersive gaming and video experience.
It also features an 8 megapixel camera delivering advanced imaging capabilities including burst mode that allows 10 pictures to be captured in under a second accompanied by a 1.3 megapixel front camera.

The XOLO X900 will be available to purchase in India for about 22,000 INR (US$420).
